Lighter Studios' talented and dedicated teachers are qualified, creative and compassionate. Their expertise and passion is evident in each class they teach.

Kristi

Kristi has always been drawn to the healing arts. As a classically trained yoga instructor, professional wellness advocate and educator and certified life coach, it is her desire to help others heal: body, mind and spirit. Kristi weaves breath work, mudra’s, healing words, humor and creative sequencing into her yoga classes to empower students and encourage lightness, rejuvenation, renewal and joy! 

Nicole

Nicole practices yoga to heal her mind, body, and soul. As a cancer survivor, yoga is the fundamental element in her ongoing path toward wholeness.  Nicole brings a peaceful yet powerful energy to her yoga teaching. She loves to explore form, breath work, setting intentions, sound, light, meditation, and music. Her teaching style is focused on healing trauma and minimizing anxiety. 

 

Ren

Lauren trained under Denise Druce with a strong focus in human anatomy which is greatly reinforced by her 13-year career in massage therapy. She loves teaching Kundalini, restorative Vinyasa Flow and flexibility of the spine. Lauren is passionate about nature and draws much of her strength and vision for regenerative body work and healing from communing with the Earth. 

 

Tennille 

Tennille trained in the legacy of Krishnamacharya and Ram Swami with  special work in anatomy of yoga from Rachel Scott. She also has Ayurvedic training from Anjali Deva, and basic Sanskrit training with Nicolai Bachman and Deepak Chopra. She has is passionate about sharing mantra meditation and power vinyasa to those in need of a healthy life change for body and mind.

Daisy 

Daisy has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She trained at Centered City Yoga in 2020. Last spring, she started an after school yoga program for 3rd - 6th graders and loves sharing the benefits of yoga with her students. Daisy believes that by following the 8 Limbs of Yoga we will undergo a sense of transformation and find harmony, peace, and the ability to let go.

Diana  

Diana received her training from the Yoga Underground in 2020. She graduated with a Dance BA the same year from BYU. Diana believes in the restorative, healing therapy of nature and animals. She loves how yoga helps  us peel away the maya (Sanskrit for the illusions created in the external world) of our human experience to reveal who we truly are at the center of our beings. 

 

Jane

Jane has been teaching yoga since 2014. With more than 300 hours of yoga and group exercise training, she lives an active lifestyle. She especially loves teaching yoga sculpt - the combination of vinyasa flow and the strength resistance training. Yoga has changed her life - mind, body, and soul. She can't wait to share this passion with you - and to see you change, too!
